1. Order Processing Time

Please note: Order processing time is separate from the shipping transit time you select at checkout.

We offer various shipping options to best fit your needs. Delivery timeframes and costs depend on your location and the selected shipping method: 

Free Shipping Promotion: Orders with a subtotal of 699 or more automatically qualify for free Standard Shipping at checkout (applicable to domestic orders only).

3. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. Tracking information typically updates within [24-48 HOURS] of shipment.

4. Delivery Issues & Delays

We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely deliveries, but unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays. Please note the following policies regarding shipping issues:

  • Carrier Delays: Weather conditions, high-volume seasonal peaks, or internal carrier issues may cause unexpected transit delays KINETIC STORE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, but we will gladly assist you in tracking and locating your package.

  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please verify your shipping details carefully before finalizing your order. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages: If your tracking details indicate that your package has been delivered, but you cannot find it, please check with neighbors, look around your delivery area, or contact the carrier directly. If your package remains missing after 5 business days past the marked delivery date, please contact our support team.

5. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team within 3 days of delivery at contactkineticstore@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged items and packaging so we can expedite a replacement or refund for you.
