3. Return Shipping Costs

Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt. We will evaluate the problem right away and cover all costs to send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 7. Refund Process & Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it and whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically and applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
